The holiday season can often be the most stressful time of the year. Don’t put off till the last minute! Make sure your Audio Visual equipment is tested at least 2-3 weeks prior to the events.

Check the following:

• All microphones are working properly
• All wireless microphone batteries are holding their charge and you have back up
• There is no sound feedback
• Sound volume levels are set correctly
• Projector filters are cleaned
• Projector lamp hours are minimal
• Projector screens operating properly
• Spare projector bulbs are available for quick replacement
• Check all cables and connectors for possible damage
• TV input/output ports functioning correctly
• All control systems are properly calibrated and functioning correctly

This is the best time for a system-wide AV check up before the holidays are upon us. We want to make sure your AV system makes you look and sound great during your special events!
